Writing has always been in me—it just took a while to make it onto the page.
Over the years, I’ve started books, dabbled in sitcom scripts, and even toyed with film ideas (with a few creative partners in crime still patiently waiting for the stars to align). But during the 2021 lockdown, I finally completed a piece that I’m proud to say was published in September 2021.  Prompted by a call-out from Women in Football for new voices in the game, I submitted my story and was thrilled to be selected as a contributor to the book:
Football, She Wrote – An Anthology of Women’s Writing on the Game.

It was a special moment—and just the beginning. I still have plenty more stories to tell.
